1. Services Provided

We provide residential inspection services, including but not limited to Wind Mitigation, 4-Point Inspections, Roof Certifications, and related evaluations. All inspections are performed in accordance with applicable Florida standards and guidelines.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Inspections are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• You will receive confirmation of your appointment by email and text message.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

3. Scope of Inspection

• Inspections are limited visual assessments of the property’s condition at the time of inspection.

• We do not perform destructive testing, code compliance verification, or guarantee the future performance of any system or component.

• Inspection results are for the sole use of the client and, if authorized, their insurance provider.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pointwise Inspection Services is not liable for:

• Any damages arising from reliance on inspection results beyond the scope stated in our reports

• Issues not visible, accessible, or present at the time of inspection

• Incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of the Site or our services

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at or before the time of inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept standard payment methods as specified during booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, images, logos, and inspection resources—is the property of Pointwise Inspection Services and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete property details when scheduling an inspection

• Ensure safe access to all areas of the property to be inspected

• Notify us of any known hazards before the inspection
